Canning Line Up & Running
First time I’ve run the canning setup for real (not for testing). In the video I’m canning the Beets Gone Wild Saison. That same day I canned the Angels with a Dark Heart Imperial Stout that I aged in oak. The can seamer is from October Design in Detroit. The whole setup works amazingly well. That said I do have a small issue with foam. My plan is to move the fill valve to the top of the fill tube and reduce the valve size as well and I think this will clear up the issue.

The entire system is built using latching and timer based relays and the fill process starts via a foot pedal and stops when the can is filled (float switch) or the stop button is pushed. Before filling the can with beer the can is purged with CO2.
