Chris Williams – Brewer

Like many people I’ve always loved beer but I could not say I really knew beer.  My favorite styles have always been stouts & IPAs and I have a long list of favorites in both categories.  In 2017 after a “life event” I needed something to pour my energy into and decided to build a brewery.  Malt Water is a passion project garage brewery.  You could say we are part garbar and part speakeasy so if you find yourself in the area just drop us a line and if I’m around I’m always happy to have people stop by for a few pints of whatever is on tap.  Over the last few years of brewing I’ve expanded my palate and now find myself ordering a saison, gose or wild yeast beer.
